Brandon is a true professional, who goes above and beyond to accommodate your needs. Attentive to detail, knowledgeable, always on-time, and just a pleasure to work with. We were relocating from CA to FL and needed to find a furnished rental in Aventura ASAP. Brandon scheduled about 20 showings and negotiated a great deal with a landlord for us. Once we are ready to buy a house I'll not think even for a moment who to go to. Brandon Schneider/The SIR Group has worked with my family over the last few years. He sold my grandmother house and help my cousin purchase his first home. So of course when looking for a broker with experience to sell our home we choose Brandon. From the beginning we contacted Brandon he meet with us right away. During the first meeting he researched our neighborhood gave us documentation what homes were selling for in our neighborhood. Brandon let us know what his background experience was as well as the breakdown in the fees for his company beforehand so there was no surprises if we hired him. Once we decided to go with Brandon and his company. The process was fast. He hired a professional photographer to take photos and stage our home within a couple of days. We were always involved with the process we were able to proof our photos before they were put on the internet. Brandon advertised our home on all social media and internet sites within a couple of days on the market. The process went very fast. Look no further--you have found your realtor! Brandon is Grade A+. We were new to Florida and Brandon helped us not only find a house but he helped us secure a lender as well. Brandon listened to our needs, sent us several listings, and continued to adjust as we decided on our home. Get this---he sent us this one house that initially we were going pass on. He called us and he simply said "Are you sure? Let's just take a peek and see." Long story short, we put an offer on the house right after we left! As I said before, Brandon is a listener and seeks to understand all nuances of his clients.
